Planning & Building
The Planning & Building Division of Public Services guides private development projects in the City and helps shape the built environment within the policies of the Yelm Comprehensive Plan. The team is responsible for planning and permitting, promoting economic development, and staffing a number of boards and commissions who advise the Mayor and City Council.
