The Six Year Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) is a program of transportation projects that contains federally funded projects, plus state and local regionally significant projects. The projects have been identified through the planning process as the highest priority for the availability of funding, as well as for the impact they will have assisting the City’s traffic flow and street connectivity.
