To promptly, fairly, and accurately resolve legal matters that come before the court, to be open and accessible to all court users, and to instill public trust and confidence in the operation of the court.

Jurisdiction

Yelm Municipal Court has exclusive jurisdiction of civil, criminal, and traffic infraction matters arising from violation of city ordinances. RCW 3.46.030. It does not have jurisdiction over any other matters unless conferred by statute. RCW 3.46.030.
