Coates Ave NW: Killion to Cullens RD

New roadway connector between Killion Road and Cullens RD. This is a new ~1300LF roadway connector between Killion Road and Cullens RD to include sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and full utilities;  street lights, stormwater, water, sewer, S.T.E.P., reclaimed water services for landscaping and irrigation systems, power, gas, and future fiber system for SCADA. A developer is currently completing ½ street improvements the city will design and construct the other ½ street improvements. This project may be federally funded. X

Project Schedule: Construction is anticipated to be sourced by federal funds and unfunded at this time. Design is estimated to begin October of 2017 and complete 30% April of 2018. Local funding is across two annual budgets. Special Environmental Documentation may precede design efforts.

Design Phase: Total Phase Estimate = $360,000

     Design Phase 30% Budget

    2017 $70,000 + $10,000 SEPA Mitigation = $80,000 2017

     2018 $70,000

Preliminary Design and Survey, NEPA Environmental Mazama Pocket Gopher Study, and Phase 1 Preliminary ROW Acquisition Activities Eligible for Preliminary Engineering Funds 23 CFR 710.203(a)(3) Pre-NEPA or Post-NEPA & Pre ROW Authorization.

Construction Phase and Construction Management $2,330,595

DBE Goals Design Phase 12%
